コンラッド東京(東京都港区、総支配人ニール・マッキネス)では、11月1日(水)より、クリスマスケーキとホリデ ースイーツの予約を開始します。今年7月に新たにペストリーシェフに就任した、岡崎正輝をはじめとするペストリーチームが選りすぐり の素材を使い、ひとつひとつ丁寧に創りあげる珠玉のスイーツです。今年のクリスマスケーキコレクションは、艶やかなブライトピンクが 美しい、アールグレイの高級茶葉を贅沢に使用した、ホワイトチョコレートムースのケーキ「メルヴェイユ ドール(Merveilles d'or)」に、 昨年、コンラッド東京史上最高のクリスマスケーキの売上を記録した、苺がなだれる「あまおう」のショートケーキ「ノエル フレーズ」の2 種類をご提供します。また、コンラッド東京のマスコット「コンラッド・ベア」のセカンドハウスというコンセプトで作ったお菓子の家「ヘクセン ハウス」も再登場するほか、毎年定番のシュトーレンやパネトーネなど、バラエティ豊かなホリデースイーツもご用意します。
